3. Payment and Fees

Pricing: Service fees are based on the pricing list provided at the time of the agreement. Any additional services requested after the initial agreement will incur additional charges.

Use of Work: By engaging Ink Inc., the author grants us the right to use excerpts, cover images, and promotional materials for marketing purposes. This does not affect the author’s copyright ownership.

Ink Inc. respects the confidentiality of the author’s work and will not disclose any details of the project to third parties without the author’s permission, except as required to fulfill the publishing services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ink Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of reputation, or legal issues arising from the content of the published work.

9. Termination of Services

Author-Initiated Termination: The author may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. However, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
Ink Inc.-Initiated Termination: Ink Inc. reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the author violates these terms and conditions, including non-payment or submission of plagiarized content.

10. Governing Law
